Escape from the Corral

1. Exit a corral.
2. The corral is a 5' x 5' enclosure with 4" walls and a 12" opening on one of the sides.
3. Two trials.
4. Each robot will have a maximum of two minutes per trial.
5. Robot will be positioned in the middle of the corral by a judge.
6. After escaping the corral the robot must stop once it encounters the one inch black line.

1. LEGO bricks beyond the ones available in the camp are not allowed! No modifying of LEGO parts.
2. No glue! LEGO's must physically lock together with other LEGOS and no string, wire, or rubber bands may be used to hold the LEGOs together.
3. Robots must fit into a 11"x 11"x11" volume. There is no weight limit as long as you fit into the specified volume.
4. The control of the robot must be done using the LEGO RCX brick. Only ROBOLAB software should be used to program the RCX.

1. Your robot must start each trial from a stationary position in the middle of the corral.
2. If your robot gets stuck, you may give it a nudge (maximum 2 nudges per trial)
