• The ASCE Daniel W. Mead Prizes for Younger Members and for Students. Awarded annually on the basis of papers on professional ethics. The 2003 national winner (Younger member category) was Professor Dan Devine from the CAET Department at IPFW. The topic of the 2003 Mead Prize competition was: "Is it Ethical to Profit from Engineering Work Arising from Natural or Manmade Disasters?’ David Devine's paper.

Project 2 - Poster Design Competition

  NOTE
• During the week of November 29 to December 3 each team must turn in its poster to the dean's office (ET 243) during office hours. The posters will be set on suitable display boards in the Walb building during the week of December 6 to December 10. A judging panel will evaluate the posters using as a guideline these rubrics.
